Activities & Major Functions


Prepare students for campus recruitment, Aptitude tests, Group discussions, Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
Promote career counselling by organizing guest speakers viz. senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
Create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives and Act as a bridge between students, alumni and employers.

Arrange CV’s of students according to various streams and notify them according to company requirements.


Guest Lecture to address students on self-enhancement, confidence building, etc.
Conducting Individual Development Programme on regular basis to the students of II year to final year course of all branches. This deals with soft skill development, Personality Development, etc.
Organizing Aptitude Tests to students through the respective departments.
Conducting GDs, Mock Interviews, etc., to prepare the students to face interviews.
Co-ordinating for Industrial Visits and vacation In-plant Training in industries for students from 2nd year onwards.
Preparation of a comprehensive list of companies to be approached on a continuous basis comprising the list of companies who have placed our students through campus/off-campus selection, list of companies where our students have taken up effective employment through updating Alumni Data base, list of companies based on personal contacts, information gathered, advertisements etc.
Approaching new companies for Industry-Institute Interaction
Marketing ourselves to companies which are not much familiar with our institute.
Mobilizing a Resource Group for imparting training and closely following up with the students on developing emotional competence in all the students.
Target for bringing more corporate for exclusive campus selection in our institute for our students.
